  • Working with Kevin Morning was a wonderful experience. His knowledge of the sport is only super-ceded by his passion and love for helping others achieve their goal. Coach Morning was able to take myself, an average high school athlete, and use his expertise to properly harness my speed and give me the opportunity to run at the national prep level and give me the exposure I needed to be noticed and eventually receive my college scholarship. Even throughout my collegiate and current career, I still use some of the techniques, beliefs and strategies I learned with Coach Morning. Coach Morning was and still is an excellent choice for any athlete trying to make it to the next level.

  • I first started working with Mr. Morning when I was thirteen years old. Through his guidance and training, I was able to improve my 100 meter time from 15.2 seconds to 13.8 seconds in less than 1 year. I also improved my 200 meter time from 30 seconds to 27 seconds during the same time frame. The mixture of running form, fitness, and strength that he incorporates into all of his sessions make a huge contribution to increasing your speed. This combination is not just useful for track, but for any sport that involves running. While I was working with him, I also played for the San Juan Soccer Club, a competitive soccer club in the area. He helped me move from the middle of the pack to the fastest and most fit person on my team. I would highly recommend him to any aspiring athlete and believe that he can help anyone reach or exceed their personal best.
